JOB TITLE: DevOps Engineers - 1
JOB DUTIES:
The DevOps Engineers – 1 will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of automated deployment pipelines and cloud-based infrastructure environments. The engineer will work under the supervision of senior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency.
Reposnsibilities include:

Assisting in the development and management of CI/CD pipelines.

Supporting cloud infrastructure environments under guidance.

Participating in system monitoring and basic troubleshooting tasks.

Writing basic automation scripts to streamline operations.

Supporting the deployment and maintenance of containerized applications.

Assisting with configuration management and infrastructure automation.

Participating in code reviews and documentation of operational processes.

RELOCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Relocation to various unanticipated client sites across USA required up to 4 times per year.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv.) Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv.) in Computer Science or any IT related field, any Engineering / Technology field, or related.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

Must have knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas (can be gained through academic coursework, internships, or any combination of education, training, or experience):​

Cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration basics with Kubernetes.

CI/CD principles and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
-
Linux or Unix-based system administration.
-
Scripting in Python, Shell, or a similar language.

Basic monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack).

Configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
